Kelli Hanson, an employee at Ruff Start Rescue, shared with The Dodo that the dog weighed just 19 pounds when her ideal weight should have been around 45 pounds. It remains unclear how long this pup endured the harsh cold; however, it seems she was spotted rather soon after being abandoned.
